MIIT Releases "Implementation Plan for the 'AI + Software' Special Action"
On 2026-9-11, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology held a press conference to announce the "AI + Software" Special Action Implementation Plan and provide an overview of the initiative.
The proposal aims to drive the intelligent transformation of the software information service industry and reconstruct product forms and service models. Concurrently, the "Implementation Opinions on the 'AI + Manufacturing' Special Action" issued by eight ministries, including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, sets a goal to launch 1000 high-level industrial agents by 2027.
