- Login credentials: The verification code is for identity verification only and will not be displayed on the page. We do not collect or store your account password.
- Personal Data: AI products you've favorited on the site (My AI Tools), saved comparison plans (My AI Comparisons), and browsing history of AI product detail pages viewed after logging in (Recently Viewed AI Tools).
- Materials submitted for AI tool listings, news contributions, and event announcements, including name, link, description, and contact information.
- Run logs: Request logs and error information required to ensure service security and troubleshoot issues.
02How we use information
- Complete login verification and maintain your session to skip re-authentication for 7 days.
- Sync and display your saved list, comparison plans, and recent browsing history—visible only to you.
- We will process your submissions for indexing, news, and events, and notify you of the review outcome via email.
- Maintain site security, troubleshoot issues, and analyze overall traffic to improve content organization.
03Local Storage and Cookies
- Login Status: Browser local storage retains the session token and login timestamp to enable 7-day auto-login. Users will be automatically logged out after 7 days.
- Comparison list: Product combinations selected on the AI Compare page while not logged in are saved only to your browser's local storage and will be lost if you clear your browsing data.
- Preferences: Lightweight data such as language and browsing preferences are stored locally to preserve your usage habits.
- You can clear the local data above at any time via your browser settings. You will need to log in again after clearing it.
04Data Storage and Permissions
- Your saved items, comparison lists, and browsing history are stored in our database with row-level access control. Only you can read or write your data after logging in.
- Anonymous visitors cannot access any user's favorites, product comparisons, or browsing history. Browsing products while not logged in will not generate any browsing records.
- Your submitted listings, news, and conference content will be displayed publicly on the site after approval and publication.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share the minimum necessary information with essential service providers when required by law or to fulfill a feature you have actively requested.
05Third-party Links & Tools
- Links to third-party websites displayed on this site for AI products are subject to those third parties' privacy policies.
- Third-party tools' data collection, account systems, and content safety are the responsibility of their operators. We recommend reviewing their official documentation before use.
06Your Rights
- Query and Export: View your data anytime in "My AI Tools," "My AI Comparisons," or "Recently Viewed AI Tools."
- Manage & Delete: You can unsave or remove comparison plans. Contact us to delete your browsing history or any submissions you've made.
- Sign out: You can sign out anytime from Personal Settings.
- Withdraw consent: You may notify us via our internal messaging system to withdraw your consent to this agreement. We will then cease the relevant data processing.
07Child Protection
- This site is intended for adult users. If you are a minor, please read this agreement with your guardian and obtain their consent before using the site's features.
08Agreement Update and Contact Information
- We may update this Agreement based on functional changes or regulatory requirements. The latest version will be published on this page after updates.
